Please fill out the form below to get your name on the registration list. Remember, this is just to reserve your spot. Your registration is not complete until we receive your $100 deposit and completed short term missions application (get it here), at least by Jan 1. Registrants who have not done so by Jan 1 will be dropped from the registration list and their spot will be given to someone else or cancelled.
If under 18, ask your parents to insert their names here and put a comment with their email address in the "comment" box saying that you have their permission to complete this form
By typing "agree" you understand that you are financially obligating yourself to any portion of this trip that the church cannot recoup in the event that you should cancel after Jan 1, even for reasons beyond your control like sickness or scheduling conflicts.
